Capstone and Georgetown Launch “Pursuing M&A” Webinar Series

Capstone again is teaming with Georgetown Alumni Career Services to present a series of webinars on growing through mergers and acquisitions.

Capstone and Georgetown initially partnered in February when Capstone Managing Director John Dearing presented “Proactive Growth Through Acquisitions.” Due to the positive feedback from Georgetown alumni and their desire to learn more, John has been invited to address additional topics.

The new webinar series, “Pursuing Mergers and Acquisitions,” focuses on different key aspects of the M&A process and highlights best practices, tools and new ways of thinking. John, who received his MBA from the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, presented the first webinar of the series, “Developing a Successful Acquisition Strategy,” on September 25.

John Dearing and the Capstone team are excited to give back to the Georgetown community and to continue our mission of helping companies and people grow.
